Zoho offers early access to game-changing CRM for Everyone

Zoho Corporation, a leading global technology company , has unveiled its latest solution, Zoho CRM for Everyone,  aimed at democratising CRM to all teams involved in customer operations activities.

The company, which  recently announced a 60 percent year-over-year growth in Nigeria in 2023, making it one of the top sellers in the country, noted that the new product is designed to facilitate seamless communication and coordination between customer-facing teams, including sales teams, from a single platform—the CRM application,  instead of holding fragmented discussions.

In addition to promoting unified communication, Zoho CRM for Everyone empowers various teams with specific roles in customer operations to work together in a more cohesive manner. For instance, an account manager can leverage the platform to invite a solutions engineer for a customer product demonstration, while a marketer can conduct a win-loss analysis of particular deals, and a community specialist can administer advocacy efforts like case studies. Although these teams have distinct core applications for their specialised tasks, they can now rely on CRM as a shared tool for handling responsibilities that affect customer experience and relationships.

Beyond expanding CRM accessibility to teams across the organization, Zoho CRM for Everyone also offers each team the ability to manage their unique workflows independently while adhering to the corporate IT architecture.

This autonomy, facilitated by the new capabilities, improves transparency and provides all stakeholders involved in the customer journey with a comprehensive view of the entire process. This visibility, in turn, enables teams to enhance coordination, reduce response times, and ultimately offer a more efficient and satisfactory customer experience.

Along with the latest innovation, Zoho also unveiled significant enhancements to its offerings for  professional developers and app development teams, expanding the company’s toolset for building customised and enterprise-grade applications. These include early access to new services within Catalyst, the company’s pro-code full-stack development platform, and the general availability of Zoho Apptics, an application analytics solution that enables developers to track the in-app usage and performance of applications built on iOS, macOS, Android, and other platforms.

Commenting on the development, Kehinde Ogundare, Country Head for Zoho Nigeria, pointed out that businesses are increasingly prioritising unified solutions that enable them to drive efficiency and value, gain competitive edge, and leverage new market prospects in this rapidly-changing landscape

He explained further: “At Zoho, we’re focused on continuously deepening our current offerings and expanding others to serve business needs. Zoho CRM for Everyone, for instance, is the first true democratisation of the CRM paradigm and helps unify all customer operations teams onto the CRM to deliver better customer experiences. Likewise, the upgraded Catalyst and the privacy-focused Apptics solution work hand-in-hand to deliver an unmatched developer experience from concept to code, and deployment to analytics.”
