Heirs Holdings, the investment holding company chaired by Nigerian banker and businessman, Tony Elumelu, has broken into the global technology space by launching a new subsidiary, Heirs Technologies, with a mission to power Africa’s digital future.
With its roots firmly planted in the continent, Heirs Technologies is set to harness the power of technology to drive growth, development, and transformation across Africa, the company said in a statement made available to Business a.m. over the weekend.
Equipped with a comprehensive range of services to meet the diverse needs of businesses in Africa, Heirs Technologies, according to the statement, will be offering IT consulting services that cover everything from advisory and strategy to business transformation and system integration. Additionally, the company will provide managed services that take care of IT operations and business process outsourcing, freeing up businesses to focus on their core competencies.
It noted that Heirs Technologies recognises that technology is only as powerful as the people who wield it, adding that in order to make its vision a reality, the company plans to invest heavily in cutting-edge technology solutions, while also developing platforms that bring together different stakeholders to collaborate and create new opportunities.
