Invest Africa,A leading pan-African business platform has announced a one year  strategic partnership with S-RM, a global corporate intelligence and cyber security consultancy.

The partnership combines S-RM’s intelligence and strategic support with Invest Africa’s wide network to help business leaders and investors make critical decisions and build resilient businesses in Africa.

The year-long partnership between Invest Africa and S-RM will focus on enhancing risk management, with a particular focus on cyber resilience. By leveraging S-RM’s expertise in integrity and operational risk, Invest Africa’s members will be able to navigate complex business environments more effectively.

Chantelé Carrington, CEO, Invest Africa noted that in a world that is growing increasingly complex and interlinked, investors must navigate a kaleidoscope of intertwined political, economic, and environmental risks, creating a dynamic and multifaceted challenge for those doing business in Africa and beyond.

“We are pleased to partner with S-RM to provide rapid on the ground intelligence to our network, and to support our overarching mission to play a central and influential role in Africa’s socio-economic growth,” Carrington added.

On his part,Ian Massey, head of corporate intelligence, EMEA, S-RM, noted that supporting investment across Africa has been a central focus for S-RM over the last two decades.

“Today’s business environment brings multiple risks for business leaders across a range of areas, including geopolitical, integrity, ESG, cyber and  reputational spectrums. We are excited to partner with Invest Africa to help investors navigate the opportunities on the continent,” he said.
