You too can get workers this second half of the year

workers

Two of the emails that I received on the penultimate Wednesday, 15th of this month, were from my employees. I’m thankful to have such dedicated workers.

But before revealing their identities and my office details, let me ask you, is there anyone working for you at the moment? In other words, do you have any employees? If you’re fortunate like me to answer with a yes, will your employees continue to work for you for the rest of the second half of the year?

I know the recruitment of workers is one of the most important tasks for any organisation and it can be costly, but it is a task that must be done. But here’s the thing, if you’re still thinking of what it takes to have someone working for you, then I’ve got good news that will be of interest and perhaps, gladden the heart as well.

The good news is that you too can have someone working for you as early as by the end of this month. If you feel that’s too soon, then you may consider recruiting them in August.

Let me begin by disclosing that the two emails that were mentioned in the opening paragraph were from notifications of credit alerts from First Bank. They were interest payments from two of the investments that yours truly made in the Federal Government Savings Bonds sometime ago.

Those investments had long become my employees. The good news is that they’re still as motivated as the day I submitted the subscription forms for the bonds. The result of their hard work was what was reflected in my bank balance as coupon payments or dividends.

These particular two are back at work and three months from the 15th of this month, yours truly will see the results of their hard work again as dividend payments. Please join me in appreciating these two employees; FGS202799 and FGS202812. Hoping to renew their contracts when they’re due.
