FBN holdings have announced major appointments across its group structure.
In a notice to the Nigeria Stock Exchange (NSE) Wednesday, the holding company informed stakeholders of the following appointments within the FBN Holdings (FBNH)’s Group:
1. Seye Kosoko appointed as the Company Secretary subject to regulatory approvals. He will be replacing Alhaji Tijjani M. Borodo who is retiring as Company Secretary after three decades of meritorious service to the FBNH Group.
2. Tolulope Oluwole appointed as the Head, Investor Relations Department. Oluwole had been on acting capacity since July 28, 2016, in line with FBNH’s succession plan.
3. Ekpe Ukpabio, has been appointed as an Executive Director of FBN Insurance Limited; a subsidiary of FBNH subject to regulatory approvals.
