Investors and dealing members at the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) Thursday witnessed the listing of additional 752,508,000 ordinary shares of Golden Guinea Breweries Plc.
According to Godstime Iwenekhai, head, listings regulation at the local bourse, in a statement disclosed the listing of the additional shares on the daily official list of exchange.
According to the filling, the additional shares arose from the placement of 752,508,000 ordinary shares of 50 kobo each to Pan Marine Investment Limited at N1.60 per share.
The statement read: “Golden Guinea Breweries Plc – Listing of Additional Shares Dealing Members are hereby notified that additional 752,508,000 ordinary shares of Golden Guinea Breweries Plc (the Company) were today, Thursday, 26 March 2020 listed on the Daily Official List of The Nigerian Stock Exchange (The Exchange).”
With this listing of the additional 752,508,000 ordinary shares, the total issued and fully paid up shares of Golden Guinea Breweries Plc on the daily official list of the exchange has increased from 272,160,000 to 1,024,668,000 ordinary shares of 50 kobo each.
