France’s Axens Group acquires Denmark’s Flowvision, a nitrogen oxides reduction solutions company

As global energy companies diversify investments to cleaner, renewable energy systems amid global tightening of measures to curtail carbon emission, Axens Group of France has announced the signature of a Share Sale and Purchase Agreement (SSPA) for the acquisition of Flowvision (Denmark, Odense), an engineering company specialized in emission abatement systems for the reduction of nitrogen oxides in flue gas from industry.
Flowvision provides design and equipment for the entire scope of Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) and Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction (SNCR) systems, which have been installed throughout the world in a variety of sectors.
Flowvision has a wide range of references within Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG), Biomass boilers, waste to energy, circulating fluidized bed boilers, gas turbines offshore, refining, heaters and steam reformers within petrochemical plants.

Axens Group, which is the technical partner of Nigeria’s BUA Group’s upcoming 200,000 bpd integrated refinery and petrochemicals plants in Akwa Ibom State, provides a range of solutions for the conversion of oil and biomass to cleaner fuels, the production and purification of major petrochemical intermediates as well as all of natural gas’ treatment and conversion options. The offer include: technologies, equipment, furnaces, modular units, catalysts, adsorbents and related services.
