SRMS launches second document archiving facility in Nigeria

Secured Records Management Solutions (SRMS), a provider of comprehensive document management and secure software solutions, has built a second record archiving warehouse in Nigeria.
According to the company, the warehouse in Abuja will enable it to streamline operations and provide consumers in the area with effective services.
The new warehouse has automated inventory software installed to secure documents, guarantee compliance, and increase worker efficiency. The warehouse has a fire suppression system, live CCTV surveillance, competent staff, and is equipped to store 34,000 boxes of documents.
The organization promised to supply specialized and improved solutions that maximize productivity for customers and to expand SRMS services to both the private and governmental sector across Nigeria. As a result, the 700 square foot, cutting-edge warehouse has been officially opened.
With this expansion, SRMS intends to strengthen its commitment to providing its customers with a smart, comprehensive range of services across Nigeria, including document warehousing, document management, data management, workforce automation, cybersecurity, IT consulting, data warehousing and visualization, and software development.

From our success in Lagos where we have a similar facility, the feedback we received from our customers proves that our service is helping them reduce the time spent on locating legacy documents,” Sam Nwosu, chief executive of the firm, said.
“With our new warehouse, which happens to be one of the best archiving document storage centres in the country, organisations can expect a seamless process of storing, and retrieving documents, with the guaranteed security of documents, and business continuity,” he said.
Nwosu said expanding its services to other parts of the country is part of the firm’s strategic initiative to establish its footprint across Nigeria.
