A Nigerian startup, 60Seconds, has launched a platform that will redefine how revellers connect, engage, and transact within their favourite night spots.

According to a statement signed by the CEO of 60Seconds, Coolman Chidiagba, the app was designed not only to cultivate a sense of community among partygoers but also to streamline the entire nightlife experience.

“Our platform transforms how people enjoy nightlife, from event discovery to seamless bill settlement,” Chidiagba stated.

He said users could explore upcoming events, discover new venues, and connect with fellow enthusiasts by sharing videos of their memorable nightlife experiences.

Ensuring inclusivity, the app caters to solo revellers and those planning a night out with friends, guaranteeing that no one misses out on the hottest night spots and events in town.

The CEO highlighted one of the features, stating, “Our seamless payment system revolutionizes how patrons pay for event tickets and settle bills at clubs and lounges. Users can conveniently pay for drinks, cover charges, and more, all through the 60Seconds app, eliminating the need for cash transactions or waiting in long queues.”

He said the app empowers clubs and lounges by providing a direct platform to sell tables, drinks, and event tickets. Venues can showcase promos, table offers, and upcoming events, and set ticket prices, enhancing sales and visibility within the vibrant community.

To cater to diverse tastes, the app employs advanced algorithms, as the CEO explained, “By analysing user preferences, past attendance, and social connections, the app ensures that users are always in the know about events that align with their interests.”

He added, “The 60Seconds app incorporates a video-based solution that fosters a sense of community among its users. Patrons can share videos of party or venue experiences, along with ratings for venues.”
