Veritas Glanvills Pensions Limited (VG Pensions), a pension fund administrators (PFA), has unveiled ‘Vicki,’ an artificial intelligence-powered chatbot, to enhance customer’s experience, and facilitate real-time access to their pension accounts.
Vicki is a state-of-the-art chatbot powered by artificial intelligence to perform a variety of tasks for customers, including checking their account balance, retrieving Retirement Savings Account (RSA) PIN, obtaining account statements, accessing fund prices, checking the status of benefit payments, generating embassy letters, monitoring pension account growth, checking the status of mandate documents, applying for benefit payments, and updating email addresses.
