Dangote Refinery bounces back to normal operations after fire outbreak

The management of Dangote Petroleum Refinery, has assured the general public that the company, located near Lekki in Lagos, is operating normally, following a minor fire incident at its effluent treatment plant.
Anthony Chiejina, the group’s chief branding and communication Officer, in a statement, stated that the fire outbreak has been contained with no major incident.
“We have swiftly contained a minor fire incident at our effluent treatment plant (ETP), today Wednesday 26th of June.
“There is no cause for alarm as the refinery is operating and there is no recorded injury or body harm to all our staff on duty,” Chiejina said.
