The Africa Creative Market (ACM), an annual event that champions innovation and collaboration within the creative economy, is set to foster increased commercial profitability and innovative growth in various industries as it hosts the third edition of its flagship event.

ACM 3.0, slated to take place from September 17th to 20th, 2024, at the Landmark Event Centre in Victoria Island, Lagos, will explore the theme “Innovation Meets Imagination”.

With this year’s edition of the event, ACM seeks to break new ground in redefining creativity by uniting African and global industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and creative professionals in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.

Hosted by Ascend Studios Foundation, the event is a cornerstone for dialogue, innovation, and partnership, fostering sustainable progress within Africa’s dynamic creative landscape.

This year, the focus of ACM 3.0 will be on the integration of technology into the creative sector. With this in view, the event aims to empower industries to maximise the benefits of technological advancements for increased commercial profitability and innovative growth.

Building on the solid foundations of previous years, this edition seeks to amplify its impact on the creative economy through strengthened collaborative opportunities, the empowerment of creative entrepreneurs, and a robust push towards innovative practices.

Attendees can anticipate a diverse array of activities, including conferences, capacity-building workshops, panel discussions, competitive showcases, and awards ceremonies. These events will span multiple creative disciplines such as fashion, film/TV, music, gaming, animation, and E-sports, ensuring a rich, multidisciplinary experience.

With an expected attendance of over 10,000 guests from 25 countries and 45 leading exhibitors, ACM 3.0 is set to be a melting pot of cultures and ideas, facilitating significant cross-cultural dialogues and setting new standards for global creative collaboration.

Far more than just a trade fair, ACM 3.0 represents a vehicle for change, propelling the African continent towards sustainable growth, job creation, and socio-economic development.

The event, which seeks to foster a data-driven approach to creative trade, enhance access to trade finance, and equip African creatives with vital skills and resources, aims to unleash the full power of the continent’s creative economy, facilitating its progression towards global prominence

Creative professionals, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders across Africa are invited to participate in ACM 3.0,as it creates an opportunity to join the continent’s creative revolution.
