The Forum of Trust Providers LTD/GTE (the Association of Corporate Trustees of Nigeria), the representative body for all registered corporate trustees in Nigeria, is set to engage with investors and other capital market stakeholders in a mission to raise awareness about the essential fiduciary role that corporate trustees play in achieving the objectives of sustainable finance.
To this end, the forum has scheduled a sensitisation initiative, the 2024 business luncheon, to be held at the Lagos Oriental Hotel in Victoria Island on Thursday, June 20, 2024 .
The annual business luncheon, themed “Sustainable Finance – The Role of the Corporate Trustee”, promises to be a great avenue for investors and stakeholders looking to identify investment opportunities and understand risk mitigation while maximising overall long-term value. The event aligns with the association’s objective of fostering cohesiveness among its members while promoting synergies within the Nigerian Capital Market.
Established in 2003, the main purpose of the association is to serve as the forum for discussion and formulation of strategy on any issue that may affect its members, the capital market and other capital market operators. The event will provide a good platform for professionals to network and unlock deeper insights and intelligence about their industry.
