Through his work at Rocky Mountain Human Services and his music platform, MAK G Music, he has helped children improve focus, emotional regulation, and cognitive skills through evidence informed music sessions. Olugbenga is currently pursuing a PhD in Executive Leadership at The University of The Cumberlands, where his research centers on healthcare leadership, neurodiversity empowerment, and music-based interventions.
