Fragvest, a real estate investment platform, has secured a $350,000 pre-seed investment from Sthenic Finance & Advisory Limited, a move expected to drive its expansion and make property ownership more accessible to Nigerians.
The company stated that the fresh capital will fuel product expansion, increase user engagement, and enhance its platform, further cementing Fragvest’s role in Nigeria’s emerging property technology sector.
Through its fractional ownership model, the platform allows individuals to invest in high-value properties with as little as ₦10,000, making real estate more affordable and attainable. This approach enables users to co-own luxury apartments, commercial spaces, and short-let properties in key locations across Nigeria, similar to how stocks are purchased.

The platform’s model allows users to browse listed properties, purchase fractional shares known as “frags” based on their budget, and earn rental income from these investments. Additionally, investors can sell their shares if property values increase, creating opportunities for profit. The company also oversees property management, ensuring a hassle-free experience for investors.
According to Fragvest, the platform is designed for young professionals who have disposable income but lack the capital or expertise to invest in full properties.
The company is already gaining traction in major cities such as Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt. Among its notable offerings is The Rock Apartment, a ₦180 million short-let property available for co-ownership. To boost sales, Fragvest has on boarded 100 sales agents, creating new opportunities within the real estate market while supporting inclusive economic growth.
Speaking on the company’s vision, Tomiwa Olaifa, Co-founder of Fragvest, said, “We are breaking the myth that real estate is only for the wealthy. With Fragvest, everyday Nigerians—Gen-Zs, freelancers, salaried workers, and even those in the diaspora can own a share of real estate and earn rental income without ever lifting a brick.”
Bayo Durodola, Co-founder and Managing Director, added “Too many young professionals earn well but struggle to navigate smart investment opportunities. At Fragvest, our mission is to make real estate ownership accessible to all. We aim to bridge the gap between their income and sustainable, long-term wealth creation.”
As interest in property investment continues to grow, Fragvest is positioning itself as a game-changer, offering Nigerians a simplified and affordable pathway to owning prime real estate.
