As part of its mission to simplify access to insurance and make it more accessible to all, Heirs Insurance Group, the insurance arm of Heirs Holdings, the leading pan-African investment company, has launched the Heirs Insurance Experience Centre.

This first-of-its-kind digital insurance centre in Nigeria is located on the ground floor of the Transcorp Hilton, Abuja. The centre offers a wide range of insurance products and services, all easily accessible through a single, digital platform.

The Heirs Insurance Experience Centre is a digital platform with a full-display interactive screen, allowing users to view a wide range of insurance policies, purchase plans quickly and easily, and file claims or chat with the Prince chatbot for faster resolution of issues.

Tony Elumelu, chairman of Heirs Holdings, stated that the Heirs Insurance Group is dedicated to transforming the lives of Nigerians and driving financial inclusion. He noted that the new digital centre will make insurance more accessible and user-friendly for all.

According to Elumelu,  the Heirs Insurance Experience Centre is an innovative solution that redefines the insurance experience for customers, who deserve easy, fast, and reliable access to financial security at any time and in any place.

“The Heirs Insurance Experience Centre demonstrates our commitment to service excellence, accessibility, and innovation, providing our customers with digital tools and platforms that make insurance simpler and more user-friendly,” he said.
