Providus Bank launches hive fest to promote nurture local talent,creativity

Providus Bank, a leading Nigerian financial institution, has announced that it will be hosting the Providus Hive Fest, a three-day celebration of creativity, culture, and community, to take place from March 30 to April 1, 2024 at the Balmoral Centre in Lagos.

 The event promises to be a dynamic showcase of some of the most exciting creative talent from across the country, and is expected to attract a diverse range of artists, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders across various industries.

With more than 150 exhibitors scheduled to take part, the Providus Hive Fest will be a vibrant hub of creativity and commerce, showcasing an array of products from the fashion, food, and beauty industries. Visitors can expect to find a diverse range of items on offer, from luxury goods and streetwear to gourmet food and cutting-edge beauty products. The exhibition will be a chance to discover and support homegrown talent, as well as to network and connect with like-minded individuals from all over the country.

A statement made available to Business a.m, noted that the Providus Hive Fest will feature a lineup of influential speakers and panelists who will share their knowledge and experiences in the realms of creativity and entrepreneurship. It stated further that attendees can look forward to listening to inspiring talks, participating in dynamic panel discussions, and engaging in lively Q&A sessions. 

Among the roster of impressive speakers at the Providus Hive Fest are fashion designer Ugo Monye; life strategist Steve Harris; Economist Ugo Dre; restaurant blogger, Uganze Kalu; Wellness enthusiast, Jade Phillips; serial entrepreneur, Abiodun Animashaun; beauty entrepreneur,Adeola Adeyemi.

Other featured speakers include chef Bukie Akinmade; makeup maestro Olajide David Okerayi;beauty content creator Dimma Umeh; award-winning fashion wizard Toju Foyeh, among a host of others.

The Providus Hive Fest will be a hive of activity over the course of its three-day run, with a range of engaging talks, panels, and discussions that will provide attendees with unique insights and perspectives on topics such as fashion, food, technology, and entrepreneurship. 

The event will also feature a series of intimate fireside chats, where attendees will have the opportunity to engage in one-on-one conversations with leading figures in a range of industries. The fireside chats will offer a rare and valuable chance to gain insights into the personal journeys of these industry icons, including the challenges they’ve faced and the lessons they’ve learned along the way. 

In addition to the talks and fireside chats, the Providus Hive Fest will also feature Q&A sessions, where participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and engage with the speakers in a more direct and interactive way.
