Zoho Corporation, a global technology company, has introduced Projects Plus, a new collaborative platform designed to enhance project management for mid-sized and large organisations. The solution integrates data analytics, AI-driven insights, and flexible workflow management, offering a more streamlined and intelligence-driven approach to project execution.

The platform combines four core Zoho applications—Projects, WorkDrive, Analytics, and Sprints allowing businesses to manage projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies while benefiting from real-time collaboration and advanced data insights.

The launch of Projects Plus builds on the success of Zoho Projects, which has doubled its revenue in 2024, with 55 per cent  of new users migrating from Microsoft Projects and JIRA. The new platform aims to improve project visibility and efficiency by enabling organisations to make data-backed decisions.

With businesses increasingly shifting to Data-Driven Project Management (DDPM), Projects Plus provides real-time insights into budgeting, task completion, and deliverability metrics helping teams make smarter, data-backed decisions. Predictive analytics further strengthens project execution by forecasting risks, optimising resource allocation, and improving progress tracking through live dashboards.

Zoho has also integrated its AI engine, Zia, into Projects Plus to automate complex data analysis. The AI-powered features help managers identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and enhance forecasting, ensuring better planning and execution of projects.

According to Zoho, Projects Plus is available immediately at NGN7,200 per user per month when billed annually, offering a 27 per cent  cost reduction compared to purchasing the included applications separately.

Kehinde Ogundare, country head for Zoho Nigeria, highlighted the importance of digital transformation in project management, stating:

“The surge in digitalisation and hybrid work culture has made it essential for project management tools to integrate seamlessly with an organisation’s software ecosystem. Projects Plus combines analytics, file management, collaboration, and blended project management methodologies into a unique value-packed solution not yet available in the market. Additionally, it leverages AI-driven tools and privacy-focused protections to meet the evolving needs of global enterprises, further expanding Zoho’s reach.”

With this launch, Zoho aims to strengthen its position in the enterprise project management space, offering a unified platform that enhances collaboration, efficiency, and strategic decision-making.
