Meta relaunches Creator Studio with AI-powered growth tools

Meta is bringing back Facebook Creator Studio, introducing a redesigned version powered by artificial intelligence that aims to help creators grow their audiences, improve engagement and manage their communities more efficiently.

The company announced that the revamped Creator Studio will function as a dedicated companion application designed specifically for creators, while also introducing a refreshed creator tools experience within Facebook and on desktop platforms.

According to Meta, the new Creator Studio is intended to provide creators with a focused workspace that removes distractions commonly associated with the main Facebook app and offers personalised recommendations to help them achieve their goals more quickly.

The platform’s AI capabilities will be embedded at its core, enabling the application to understand a creator’s audience, content style and objectives from the outset. An integrated creator assistant will allow users to analyse content performance, generate ideas, seek guidance on audience growth and receive recommendations aimed at increasing reach, engagement and monetisation opportunities.

Meta said creators will be able to access key performance metrics, monitor progress toward growth targets and identify community interactions requiring attention directly from the application’s home screen.

The company is also introducing AI-powered community management features. A new comment management tool will help creators identify priority comments and generate suggested responses that reflect their communication style. While the system can draft replies automatically, creators will retain control by reviewing and approving responses before they are published.

Meta noted that the new Creator Studio is still under development and is currently being tested with a select group of creators. The company said feedback from early users will help shape the platform before a broader rollout.

Alongside the return of Creator Studio, Meta is redesigning the creator management experience within Facebook itself. The company plans to replace its existing Professional Dashboard with two separate products, a Creator Dashboard and a Business Dashboard, to provide more tailored experiences for each user group.

The Creator Dashboard will remain the primary hub for creator-focused tools and analytics, while the Business Dashboard will cater specifically to commercial users and organisations.

As part of the overhaul, Meta is also consolidating creator tools previously available through Meta Business Suite into a unified web-based experience. Recent additions include a content calendar for planning and scheduling posts, bulk-upload capabilities for publishing multiple videos simultaneously and expanded analytics tools.

The latest updates underscore Meta’s broader push to strengthen its creator ecosystem as competition intensifies among social media platforms seeking to attract content creators and digital influencers.

Meta said the goal is to create a simpler, smarter and more personalised experience for creators, whether they choose to work within the Facebook app or through a dedicated standalone platform.
