The Nigerian Breweries Plc has announced an upward review for its stock-keeping units (SKUs) with effect from August 10, to cushion the effects of soaring input costs and its adverse impact on operations.

The largest brewing company in Nigeria, communicated the development to all direct customers in a letter dated August 1, 2023,  signed by Ayo Lawal, the Sales Director, Nigerian Breweries.

The  notification explained that the review had become necessary because of the continued rising input cost and the need to mitigate the impacts.

“This is to inform you that we will review the prices of some of our SKUs effective Thursday 10th August 2023. This review has become necessary because of the continued rising input cost and the need to mitigate the impact.

“In appreciation of our great partnership and your commitment, we will deliver at the current prices all open orders that are fully funded and created in our system before 00.00hrs on Thursday 10th August, 2023,” the letter read in part.
