FBN Insurance leverages tech, partnerships to improve customer experience
Olumide Ibidapo, managing director/CEO, FBN Insurance Brokers Limited, said the company made significant steps in the last year in the areas of customer experience, strategic partnerships, as well as digital transformation.

“We continue to explore business partnerships within and outside the country to increase the size and quality of our insurance and risk management offerings to both existing and potential clients,” Ibidapo said.

He said FBN Insurance Brokers, a limited liability company licensed to transact life insurance businesses in Nigeria, is currently engaging underwriters with a view to coming up with appropriate bundles of products that would give its customers the much-needed covers with a high degree of flexibility, especially in terms of coverage.

Speaking on international front, he said the company has strengthened its partnership with major entities like Howden One, TRM and BUPA International.

“These partnerships have positioned us to provide bespoke insurance solutions to our clients’ emerging risks,” he said.
