Brandcom Awards 2026: Indigo clinches 4 awards, emerges PR Agency of the Year

Integrated Indigo Limited, one of Nigeria’s leading integrated marketing communications consultancy firms, has emerged Public Relations Agency of the Year at the 2026 Brandcom Awards, consolidating its position in the country’s public relations and corporate communications industry.

The awards ceremony, held on Saturday, October 24, at the Landmark Event Centre, Lagos, also saw the agency win the Most Outstanding Agency in Corporate Communication and Most Outstanding Agency in Brand PR categories, while Bolaji Abimbola, its managing director and chief executive officer, was named PR Personality of the Year.

Speaking on the recognition, Abimbola said the awards reflected the collective efforts of the agency’s workforce in developing and executing communication strategies that strengthen brands, build stakeholder relationships and support clients’ business objectives.

He described the honours as a morale booster that would further encourage the firm to raise industry standards through innovation, creativity and a deeper understanding of clients’ business needs.

“We are honoured to receive these recognitions, which reflect our commitment to delivering strategic, impactful and results-driven communication for our clients. These awards are a testament to the dedication of our team, the trust of our clients and partners, and our belief in the power of meaningful communication to build brands, strengthen reputations and create lasting value,” he said.

The latest accolades add to a series of industry recognitions secured by the agency in 2026, strengthening its visibility in Nigeria’s competitive public relations and integrated marketing communications market.

At the 2026 EDGE Awards, Integrated Indigo received the Leadership Award in PR (Corporate), while Abimbola was honoured as Outstanding PR Personality of the Decade.

The agency also won PR Campaign of the Year (Corporate) for its “From Lafarge to HBM: A New Chapter” campaign for HBM Nigeria Plc, which focused on communicating the company’s transition and supporting its corporate brand narrative.

In August 2026, Integrated Indigo was named PR Agency of the Year at the National Spokespersons Awards, adding another industry accolade to its record.

The agency said it would continue to develop strategies that help organisations strengthen their reputations, engage stakeholders and achieve their business objectives through effective communication.
